上海材料研究所研制成一种新型燃油乳化添加剂,成本低,稳定性好,节油效果显著。乳化重油在80℃可稳定存放一个月;乳化柴油在室温下可存放两周无明显分居。用该乳化剂制备的乳化重油,在上海高压容器厂三段式钢块连续加热炉上连续燃烧三个半月之后,单耗节油率为5～10％,设备热效率提高4％。制备的乳化柴油,经上海内燃机研究所2135C发动
Shanghai Institute of Materials developed a new type of fuel emulsion additives, low cost, good stability, fuel-efficient effect is remarkable. Emulsified heavy oil can be stably stored at 80 ℃ for one month; emulsified diesel can be stored at room temperature for two weeks without significant separation. The emulsified heavy oil prepared by using the emulsifier continuously burned for three and a half months on the continuous heating furnace of the three-stage steel-making plant of Shanghai High Pressure Vessel Plant. The unit fuel consumption rate was 5% -10% and the thermal efficiency of the equipment was increased by 4%.
