目的研究洋金花Datura metel叶的化学成分。方法应用乙醇提取洋金花叶,采用硅胶、AB-8大孔吸附树脂、ODS和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及制备液相等技术分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从洋金花叶中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为naphthisoxazol A(1)、刺龙芽糖苷I(2)、L-色氨酸(3)、槲皮素3-O-2-(E-咖啡酸)-α-L-阿拉伯糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、正丁基-O-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(5)、金线莲碱(6)、二氢催吐萝芙木醇-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、(6S,7E,9S)-9-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-oxy]megastigma-4,7-dien-3-one(8)、山柰酚-3,7-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、槲皮素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(11)、(6S,9R)-6-羟基-3-酮-α-紫罗兰醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(12)、豆甾醇(13)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)。结论化合物1~8为首次从茄科中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Datura metel leaves. Methods Extracts of S. japonica leaves with ethanol were purified by column chromatography on silica gel, AB-8 macroporous resin, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Ficus microcarpa and identified as naphthisoxazol A (1), ginsenoside I (2), L-tryptophan (3) and quercetin 3-O-2- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), n-butyl-O- α-D - fructofuranoside (5), andolide (6), dihydro-euphausylol-O-β-D-glucoside (7), (6S, 7E, 9S) -9 - [ -galactopyranosyl-oxy] megastigma-4,7-dien-3-one 7-O-β-D-glucoside (10), quercetin-7-O-glucoside (11), (6S, 9R) -β-D-glucopyranoside (12), stigmasterol (13) and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (14). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 8 were isolated from Solanaceae for the first time.
