一、苹果公司的新浪潮三年前,曾以率先推出第一台PC机(家用电脑)而威震硅谷,名扬天下的苹果计算机公司因利润停滞、管理失当而一度前景暗淡。在急剧变化的计算机市场上,苹果公司在同国际商业机器公司、康巴克计算机公司和一大批迅速崛起的微机制造商的抗衡中已是力不从心。然而,苹果公司并没有就此沉沦。在精于运筹、擅长营销的董事长兼总裁约翰·斯卡里的领导下,该公司成功地实现了长期难于接近的目标。即渗透进规模庞大、发展迅速的集团消费市场,对这个市场的占有率提高到12%左右。此外,它在办公系统网络化的研究与开发中也处于遥遥领先的地位。
First, Apple’s new wave three years ago, was the first to launch the first PC (home computer) and Granville Silicon Valley, the world famous Apple Computer company due to profit stagnation, mismanagement, and once bleak prospects. In the rapidly changing computer market, Apple has struggled to compete with international business machine companies, Kumbak Computers, and a large number of rapidly growing microcomputer makers. However, Apple did not sink into this. Under the leadership of John Scarry, chairman of the board of directors and president who specializes in operations and marketing, the company has successfully achieved long-term goals that are difficult to reach. That is, it has penetrated into the large-scale and rapidly-developing group consumer market, and its market share has increased to about 12%. In addition, it is also in a leading position in the research and development of networked office systems.
