清除钢坯或钢材表面缺陷有许多方法。其中经常采用的有:1)用砂理清理;2)凿除;3)火焰清理。对于某种钢究竟采用其中哪一种方法来清理其表面缺陷应该决定于钢的物理性质,表面缺陷的性质,钢的用途及其尺寸。清理方法的选择常用砂轮、风铲及在铣床上加工金属时必须知道其硬度及靱性,以便选择砂轮的适当性质(硬度、粘度、粒度等等),选择铲子的楔角。(当用风铲时)或一般地说明清理(用铣床清理)的可能性。
There are many ways to remove surface defects from billet or steel. Which are often used are: 1) sand cleaning; 2) chiseling; 3) flame cleaning. Whether a certain kind of steel should be used to clean up its surface defects should depend on the physical properties of steel, the nature of surface defects, the use of steel and its size. Choice of cleaning methods Wheels, wind shovels and the machining of metal on a milling machine must be known for hardness and flexibility in order to select the appropriate properties of the grinding wheel (hardness, viscosity, particle size, etc.) and the wedge angle of the shovel.
