锻件质量和锻造行业的技术经济效益很大程度上取决于预成形工步和预成形设计。由于问题的复杂性 ,通常是在实际生产经验基础上 ,通过反复试验的方法进行预成形工步和预成形设计。显然 ,这种情况已不能满足以信息技术为主导的高新技术发展的需要。本文介绍一种基于正向有限元数值模拟和最优化方法的锻件预成形设计新方法 ,并对这种方法实施过程中遇到的若干关键技术进行探讨。应用根据这种方法所建立的锻件预成形设计原型系统 ,对 FGH95合金涡轮盘锻件用坯料进行预成形设计 ,取得了令人满意的结果。
The quality of forgings and the technical and economic benefits of the forging industry depend to a large extent on the pre-forming steps and pre-forming designs. Due to the complexity of the problem, pre-forming steps and pre-forming designs are usually carried out by trial and error based on the actual production experience. Obviously, this situation can no longer meet the needs of high-tech development led by information technology. In this paper, a new method of forging preform design based on finite element numerical simulation and optimization is introduced. Some key technologies encountered in the implementation of this method are also discussed. Applying the prototype system of forging preform design established by this method, the preform design of FGH95 alloy turbine disk forgings has been satisfactorily achieved.
