[目的]研究特效植物营养素的表观遗传效应对常规稻4代的系列影响。[方法]用常规稻一个品种采用特效植物营养素(SPNE)进行了4代的系列对比试验,比较每代都用SPNE处理比清水对照的增产幅度;从第2代开始每代比较上代用SPNE处理当代用清水比每代清水对照的表观遗传增产幅度;比较用SPNE处理相同地点不同的增产效果;还比较了同代SPNE不同喷施次数的表观遗传增产效果。根据卫生部发布的食品安全和食品污染物限量的国家标准对SPNE处理和对照的稻米进行了对比检测,重点检测了镉的含量,还对比检测了蛋白质的含量。[结果]在4代范围内随着SPNE处理代数的增加,增产幅度逐代增加,表观遗传增产幅度逐代增加,用SPNE处理相同地点不同的产量不同,但同田对比对应的增产幅度接近,SPNE不同喷施次数对应的表观遗传增产效果接近。SPNE处理和对照的稻米污染物含量都远低于国家限量标准,SPNE处理后的稻米镉含量显著低于对照,蛋白质高于对照,比对照更安全更营养。[结论]为提高常规稻的产量提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of epigenetic effects of special plant phytonutrients on the 4th generation of conventional rice. [Method] A series of comparative experiments were conducted on four generations of SPNU, a variety of conventional rice. SPNE treatment was used to compare the yield increase of each generation with SPNE. SPNE treatment was used on each generation from the second generation The contemporary epidermal yield increase of fresh water compared with that of each generation of fresh water; comparison of different yield increase effects of SPNE in the same place; and epigenetic increase yield of different spraying times of SPNE in the same generation. According to the national standards released by the Ministry of Health for food safety and food contaminants, the SPNE-treated and control-tested rice was compared with the cadmium content and the protein content by contrast. [Result] With the increase of SPNE treatment algebra, the increase of yield increased from generation to generation, the epigenetic increase of yield increased from generation to generation, and the yield of SPNE was different at the same place, but the corresponding increase of yield was close , SPNE different spray frequency corresponds to epigenetic increase effect close. The content of pollutants in rice treated with SPNE and control was much lower than the national limit. The content of Cd in rice treated with SPNE was significantly lower than that of the control, and the content of protein in the SPNE was higher than that in the control, which was safer and more nutritious than the control. [Conclusion] This provided a theoretical basis for increasing the yield of conventional rice.
