七十年代我国炼铁进入2000立方米级大型高炉生产,经过数年的生产实践,基本上掌握了其操作特点。高炉有效容积利用系数尚低于国外同类型高炉的先进指标,这是由于受到我国炼铁资源条件的限制。从高炉吞吐量来看,我国2000立方米级高炉的生产已达较高的水平,若能进一步改善生产条件,加强生产管理,我国2000立方米级高炉生产指标将会更进一步提高。
Seventies ironmaking into 2000 cubic meters of large-scale blast furnace production, after several years of production practice, basically mastered its operational characteristics. Blast furnace effective volume utilization factor is still below the advanced indicators of the same type of foreign blast furnace, which is due to the restrictions of China’s iron-making resources. From the blast furnace throughput point of view, China’s 2000 cubic meters of blast furnace production has reached a higher level, if we can further improve the production conditions and strengthen production management, China’s 2000 cubic meters blast furnace production indicators will be further improved.
