为充分发挥科技在抗震救灾中的作用,科技部在认真分析四川地震灾情基础上,针对地震灾区抗震救灾的迫切需要,组织多学科专家认真筛选了适合灾区当前抗震救灾工作应急技术和产品,分别从农村民居技术、饮水应急实用技术、灾后重建技术等方面编写了抗震救灾应急适用技术和产品手册,现将其予以发布。
