工学结合既是高职教育人才培养模式的主要内容,也是高职教育的核心理念。随着社会的发展,市场对于高职院校的工学结合人才培养模式也提出了新的要求,因此探索和改革工学结合的人才培养模式,与企业建立密切关系,切实贯彻工学结合的教育理念,加大课程改革力度,已经成为新时期高职院校教学改革的重点。本文从高职工学结合人才培养模式的含义出发,对目前工学结合人才培养模式中存在的问题进行分析并探究改革推进的相应策略。
