1998年以来,面对四川省下岗人员逐年增多的新情况,我省工会系统积极开展再就业行动。实现每年创造就业岗位5万个,培训下岗职工10万名,帮助10万名下岗职工实现再就业。截至去年底,全省累计创造就业岗位19.7万个,建立再就业培训机构211个,培训下岗职工32万人(次),帮助31.7万人(次)下岗职工实现了再就业。这对维护职工合法权益、促进国有企业改革和维护社会稳定起到了积极的作用。但是,当前就业和再就业形势依然严峻,劳动力市场仍然是供大于求,我们认为,促进社区就业是解决这一问题的重要手段。
Since 1998, faced with the new situation of the laid-off workers in Sichuan Province increasing year by year, the trade union system in our province has been active in reemployment. We will create 50,000 jobs every year, train 100,000 laid-off workers and help 100,000 laid-off workers re-employ. By the end of last year, the province had created 197,000 jobs, established 211 reemployment training institutions and trained 320,000 laid-off workers and helped 317,000 laid-off workers to find jobs again. This has played a positive role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises and maintaining social stability. However, the current employment and reemployment situation is still grim and the labor market is still oversupply. We believe that promoting community employment is an important means of solving this problem.
