目的比较综合治疗前后手臂振动病患者神经电生理变化情况,观察其治疗效果。方法对初次诊断及经过3个月综合治疗的32例轻度手臂振动病患者,进行神经电生理检查结果对比分析。结果治疗后神经肌电生理基本恢复正常19例(59.38%);正中神经、尺神经运动传导远端潜伏期延长发生率从治疗前的90.63%和35.94%下降至治疗后的23.44%和1.56%(P<0.01);远端感觉神经传导速度(SCV)减慢发生率从治疗前的29.69%和23.44%下降至治疗后的3.13%和4.69%(P<0.01)。结论手臂振动病早期神经电生理主要表现为正中神经、尺神经运动传导远端潜伏期延长和SCV减慢,综合治疗后各指标可明显改善,提示对于手臂振动病早期治疗效果是显著的。
Objective To compare the neuroelectrophysiological changes of patients with arm vibration before and after comprehensive treatment and observe its therapeutic effect. Methods The initial diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of 3 months after 32 cases of mild arm vibration patients, the results of neuroelectrophysiology comparative analysis. Results After treatment, neuromuscular electrophysiology recovered to normal in 19 cases (59.38%). The incidence of prolongation of telencephalon in middle nerve and ulnar nerve decreased from 90.63% and 35.94% before treatment to 23.44% and 1.56% after treatment P <0.01). The incidence of delayed sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) decreased from 29.69% and 23.44% before treatment to 3.13% and 4.69% after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusions Early electrophysiological manifestations of arm vibration disease are mainly the median nerve, the prolongation of latency of distal movement of ulnar nerve and the slowing of SCV. All indexes can be obviously improved after combined therapy, which indicates that the early treatment of arm vibration disease is significant.
