司法警察参与自侦部门办案具有履职关联度高、安全责任重大等特点。现阶段,司法警察的职责内容与自侦部门的实际需求还不相适应、与自侦部门的沟通协调还不够紧密、办案工作区的管理与防范办案安全的要求还有差距、内部监督制约机制尚不够健全、队伍履职能力亦须提高。为此,需要提供制度保障、加强沟通协调和工作衔接、加强办案工作区的建设与管理、建立健全法警安全履职的监督制约机制、提升法警履职能力和水平。
