In recent years, the term “cultural consciousness” has been widely used in education. The proposition of “cultural consciousness” was first proposed by Mr. Fei Xiaotong, a famous sociologist in our country. Teachers ’cultural consciousness lies in whether teachers can consciously transform the external goals entrusted by society into their intrinsic needs, conscientiously participate in education, research education, stimulate the creativity of engaging in educational activities, and make educational labor become teachers’ creativity
