土地是国家的,因此政府是纳税人,业主不是纳税人。如果真是这样,这么说,70年以后,国家就可以把土地无偿收回,房屋寿命最多70年,因此业主应该一分钱都得不到也是合理的。关于房产税讨论的时间太长了,或者说争论的时间太长了,其中也不凡激烈的辩论。总体上说,反对的人不少,有些还是经济学家、教授、专家等等。反对的理由,翻过来覆过去,无非就那么一条,土地是不是私有的,他们说,只有私有土地才能征收房产
