目的:探讨建立我国药品不良反应救济制度的思路。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对各国及地区的药品不良反应救济制度优缺点进行分析和比较。结果:提出了构建我国药品不良反应损害救济制度的设想和运作模式。结论:应尽早建立建立适合我国国情的药品不良反应救济制度,保障公众的合理用药和合法权益。
Objective: To explore the idea of establishing the relief system of adverse drug reactions in our country. Methods: The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of adverse drug reaction relief system in different countries and regions. Results: Proposed and mode of construction of remedy system for harm caused by adverse drug reactions in our country. Conclusion: As soon as possible, we should set up a relief system for adverse drug reactions that suits our national conditions and ensure the rational use of medicines and legal rights and interests of the public.
