目的探讨双源CT下肢动脉成像技术。方法使用双源CT,对58例患者进行下肢动脉CT造影扫描,25例经DSA证实。造影剂用量60-90ml,注射速率3.5-4.0ml/s,扫描后用对比剂跟踪软件Bolus触发达阈值110HU后再延迟14-20s扫描。结果所有病例均获得了满意的图像,经工作站重建后,能够清楚显示下肢动脉正常解剖分支和病变部位、范围及重要的侧支循环路径。结论合理的扫描方案能在不增加辐射剂量及造影剂用量的基础上高质量的显示下肢动脉。
Objective To explore the technique of dual-source CT in lower extremity artery. Methods Dual-source computed tomography (CT) was performed in 58 patients undergoing CT angiography of the lower extremities. 25 patients were confirmed by DSA. Contrast agent dosage 60-90ml, injection rate 3.5-4.0ml / s, after scanning with the contrast agent tracking software Bolus trigger threshold 110HU and then delayed 14-20s scan. Results All cases were satisfied with the images. After reconstructing the workstation, the normal anatomical branches and lesions, range and important collateral circulation path of the lower extremity arteries can be clearly displayed. Conclusion The reasonable scanning scheme can display the lower extremity arteries with high quality without increasing the dosage of radiation and contrast agent.
