目的预防和减少出生缺陷,提高出生人口素质,探讨提高婚检率的对策。方法对承德县2007～2010年的免费婚前医学检查结果进行分析、总结。结果承德县4年的免费婚检率25.99%,由原来的1.57%逐步提高到69.9%,免费婚检率逐年递增,取得了显著成效;疾病检出率45.57%,由原来的37.70%逐步上升到43.28%;出生缺陷发生率逐年下降。结论在政府支持的前提下,充分利用健康教育,加大宣传力度,增强人们接受婚检的自觉性;降低了出生缺陷的发病率;免费婚检非常必要,切实可行。
Objective To prevent and reduce the birth defects and improve the quality of the birth population and discuss the countermeasures to improve the rate of premarital examination. Methods The results of free pre-marital examinations from 2007 to 2010 in Chengde County were analyzed and summarized. Results The 4-year free premarital examination rate in Chengde County increased from 1.57% to 69.9%, and the rate of premarital examination increased year by year. The detection rate of disease was 45.57%, gradually increasing from 37.70% to 43.28 %; The incidence of birth defects decreased year by year. Conclusions Under the premise of government support, we should make full use of health education, step up publicity to enhance people’s consciousness of receiving premarital examination, and reduce the incidence of birth defects. Free premarital examination is very necessary and practicable.
