不饱和聚酯树脂胶粘剂常用来作为混凝土裂缝的修补材料。由于能加入较多填料,故成本相对低些。主要用于修补可动性龟裂缝混凝土。配比如下(份):307不饱和聚酯树脂100;过氧化环己酮浆3～5;萘酸钴液1～2;干砂、石英砂或碎石20;碳酸钙10～15。其中过氧化环己酮桨、萘酸钴液分别为固化剂与促进剂,加入时应视当时气候条件与施工要求适当增减。施工方法是:先将可动性龟裂混凝土处用钢凿凿成V字型并清除浮灰,按以上配比配制修补材料,用刮刀将其填嵌密实于修
Unsaturated polyester resin adhesives are commonly used as repair materials for concrete cracks. As more fillers can be added, the cost is relatively low. Mainly used for repairing movable concrete cracks in concrete. For example with the following (parts): 307 unsaturated polyester resin 100; cyclohexanone peroxide 3 ~ 5; cobalt naphthalate 1 ~ 2; dry sand, quartz sand or gravel 20; calcium carbonate 10 ~ 15. Among them, cyclohexanone peroxide and cobalt naphthalate are hardeners and accelerants, respectively, and they should be added or decreased according to the current climatic conditions and construction requirements. The construction method is as follows: First, the movable cracked concrete shall be chiseled into a V-shape with a steel chisel and the floating ash shall be removed. The repair material shall be prepared according to the above ratio, and the filler shall be filled with the scraper to repair the concrete.
