本文结合宜昌市公安局人事制度改革的实践,论述了要正确处理好七个方面的关系,即:上下认识统一的关系,机构改革与人事制度的关系,公平、公正、公开的关系,改革、发展、稳定的关系,继承与创新的关系,短期行为与长远效应的关系,成绩与不足的关系。
Based on the practice of personnel system reform in Yichang Public Security Bureau, this paper discusses the relationship between the following seven aspects: First, to understand the relationship of unity, the relationship between institutional reform and personnel system, the relationship between fairness, justice, openness, reform, The relationship between development and stability, the relationship between succession and innovation, the relationship between short-term behavior and long-term effect, the relationship between achievement and deficiency.
