L3.3—17/320氢氮气压缩机是目前我国小型合成氨厂主要设备之一。该机为延长气缸工作寿命,中、高压级气缸均镶有圆筒形铸铁薄壁缸套。但由于该机四、五、六级气缸均为内台阶式结构,缸套磨损后更换时,无法直接将缸套从缸体中压出,一般把气缸套镗掉或车削掉。这样,找正十分麻烦,且加工周期长,费用高。为此,我设计了如图所示的拔缸套工具。
