本文研究发现,银杏叶总黄酮50mg·kg[-1iV无明显降压情况下,可显著降低椎动脉灌流压,椎动脉注射银杏叶总黄酮5.0mg·kg-1也可显著降低椎动脉灌流压;体外脑组织培养试验也表明0.05,及0.25mg·ml/-1的银杏叶总黄酮可显著降低营养液中葡萄糖含量。上述实验表明银杏叶总黄酮有降低椎动脉阻力及促进脑组织对糖的利用能力。
