目的 :观察促黄体汤结合西药治疗黄体功能不全所致不孕症的临床疗效。方法 :将黄体功能不全性不孕症患者90随机分为2组,对照组取西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以促黄体汤治疗,记录治疗前后排卵日、子宫内膜厚度、血清孕酮水平,并观察临床疗效、卵泡成熟、受孕、典型双相BBT等。结果:观察组总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的68.89%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、血清孕酮水均高于对照组,排卵日较对照组提早,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组卵泡成熟、受孕、典型双相BBT的几率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄体汤结合西药可改善黄体不全性不孕症患者的排卵功能,促进卵泡成熟,提高黄体功能。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of luteinizing yellow soup combined with western medicine in the treatment of infertility caused by luteal insufficiency. Methods: 90 patients with infertility with corpus luteum dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received western medicine. The observation group was supplemented with luteinizing soup on the basis of control group. The ovulation days, endometrial thickness, serum Progesterone levels, and observe the clinical efficacy, follicular maturity, pregnancy, typical biphasic BBT and so on. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than that in the control group (68.89%, P <0.05). The endometrial thickness and serum progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the ovulation day earlier than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The probability of follicle maturation, conception and typical biphasic BBT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Lutein Decoction combined with western medicine can improve ovulation in patients with luteal incomplete infertility, promote follicular maturation and improve luteal function.
