对于班主任来说,作为课堂教学中的教育者与指导者,有着极为重要的作用。尤其是对于西部地区中的农村中职班主任来说,需要面对较多的工作量与责任,所以也对班主任提出了更为严格的要求。因此,在实际中就要去班主任要做好分析工作,保证自身工作的准确性,坚持以人为本的教育理念,促进学生的学习与发展。基于此本文针对西部地区农村中职班主任工作进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
For the class teacher, as an educator and mentor in classroom teaching, has a very important role. Especially for rural part-time teachers in the western region, they have to face more workload and responsibility, so they also place more strict demands on class teachers. Therefore, in practice, we must go to the teacher in charge to do the analysis work, to ensure the accuracy of his work, adhere to the people-oriented educational philosophy, and promote student learning and development. Based on this, this paper gives a brief introduction to the work of the headteachers of rural secondary vocational schools in the western region, and puts forward some personal opinions for reference purposes only.
