病历摘要患者男,63岁。1991年2月14日以心慌、心前区隐疼不适、气短2年、加重伴劳力性呼吸困难2月之主诉入院。1989年2月起每遇劳累、情绪改变时出现心前区隐痛不适,无放射疼,可忍受,同时伴有心慌气短,曾在本院诊治,发现心脏普大。疑为:1 扩张型心肌病;2 冠心病,未确诊,给以治疗后可好转。入院前2月因受凉后上述症状再次出现,同时伴有劳力性呼吸困难,既往健康,家族史
