[目的]探讨香菇C91-3菌丝发酵液蛋白(proteinfromC91-3Lentinusfexmentativeliquid,LFP91-3)的抗肿瘤免疫机制。[方法]H22瘤细胞荷瘤纯系BALB/C小鼠24只建立动物模型,随机分为香菇发酵液蛋白组、环磷酰胺治疗组和生理盐水组各8只,观察香菇发酵液蛋白对荷瘤鼠NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、IL-2、IFN-γ、溶血素抗体等免疫指标的影响。[结果]香菇发酵液蛋白能显著提高腹水型荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性,淋巴细胞转化率,以及血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量,血清溶血素含量也有显著提高,与环磷酰胺组和生理盐水组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。[结论]香菇发酵液蛋白(LFP91-3)是通过激活机体免疫系统来实现其抗肿瘤作用的。
[Objective] To investigate the anti-tumor immune mechanism of Lentinus edodes C91-3 Lentinus fexmentative liquid (LFP91-3). [Methods] Twenty-four HBL tumor-bearing tumor-bearing BALB/C mice were established animal models and randomly divided into 8 groups: Lentinus edodes liquid protein group, cyclophosphamide group and saline group. The effects of NK cell activity, lymphocyte transformation rate, IL-2, IFN-γ, hemolysin antibodies, and other immune indicators in tumor mice. [Result] The protein of lentinus edodes fermentation broth could significantly increase the activity of NK cells, the lymphocyte transformation rate, and the content of IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum of ascites-bearing mice. The content of serum hemolysin also increased significantly, compared with that of cyclophosphamide group. There was a significant difference between the saline group and the saline group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The LFP91-3 protein of Lentinus edodes was used to activate the immune system to achieve its anti-tumor effect.
