心肺复苏可分为三个阶级:(1)心肺复苏初期处理:又称基本生命支持(BLS);(2)心肺复苏二期处理:进一步的心脏生命支持(ACLS);(3)心肺复苏后期处理:即心搏恢复后的处理,主要是脑复苏。一、心肺复苏初期处理: 美国定为ABC步骤。A为畅通气道;B为人工呼吸;C为人工循环。这期处理主要是对在医院外心跳骤停(猝死)患者的处理。共八步法。 1.判定病人有无反应:对躺在地上的人轻摇肩部,问“您怎么啦”。 2.呼救:高声呼救,“救命呀!”。以期招来
