采用数理统计法、访谈法等研究方法,并运用心理学、训练学的有关理论,对参加2009年全国高校健美操锦标赛的各高校代表队队员在比赛中关于焦虑的心理状态进行调查,结果显示:(1)对于不同焦虑特质的运动员在赛前训练中应区别对待,使其达到相应适宜程度;(2)运动员的焦虑值,因对手实力的强弱而增加或减弱。赛前应做好心理调节;(3)比赛后,比赛的胜负也同样可以影响焦虑值的增减。研究认为通过平时训练中适当的心理调节,能够大大减低运动员在比赛中的焦虑状态。
Using mathematical statistics, interview and other research methods, and the use of psychology, training theory, to participate in the 2009 National Aerobics Championships in the college team players in the game on the psychological state of anxiety investigation showed that : (1) Athletes with different anxiety traits should be treated differently in pre-competition training so that they reach the appropriate suitability; (2) The anxiety value of athletes increases or decreases due to the strength of the opponent. Psychological adjustment should be done before the game; (3) after the match, the outcome of the game also can affect the increase or decrease in anxiety value. The study suggests that the appropriate psychological adjustment during normal training can greatly reduce the athlete’s anxiety in the game.
