In 2012, the Google X project team linked 16,000 processors into a network that mimicked the nervous system of the human brain and successfully made the system learn to recognize cats’ appearance. In a similar vein, IBM designed a network-like computer system similar to synapses in 2014 to mimic the connections in the human brain and to make the computer master self-learning. Traditional computer programs are based on human-made conditions to determine and execute programs, while future “smart” computers will acquire self-learning and self-judgment capabilities to truly implement artificial intelligence. It is conceivable that once a technical obstacle in computer self-thinking is overcome, the computer’s ability will be greatly enhanced
