我国伟大的思想家、教育家孔子层曾提出“因材施教”的教育思想。美国教育家目标教学创始人布鲁姆也认为,学生具有独立的人格、巨大潜能和个性差异。只要善于培养和提高学生的非智力因素,改善学生的兴趣、动机、情感、注意力等,智力因素相对落后的学生同样可以取得好的成绩。分层教学是因材施教思想的具体体现,分析分层教学模式在初中英语阅读教学中的应用是非常必要的。
Confucius, a great thinker and educator in our country, put forward the educational thought of “teaching students according to their aptitude”. Broome, the founder of the American Educator’s Goal Teaching, also believes that students have independent personality, great potential and individual differences. As long as they are good at cultivating and improving students ’non-intellectual factors and improving students’ interest, motivation, emotion and attention, students with relatively poor intelligence can also achieve good results. Hierarchical teaching is a concrete manifestation of individualized teaching thought. It is necessary to analyze the application of hierarchical teaching model in junior high school English reading teaching.
