1、导言近几年在热模钢领域中,几乎所有的制钢商都在加紧努力以生产出具有更进一步的各向同性组织的材料。通过大量研的究结果可以看出,合金元素的不均匀分布以致及碳化物、硫化物和氧化物的粗大析出,会导材料韧性值的降低,尤其使横向截面的韧性值降低。因而作为附加特性而一再要求提出特殊质量等级的概念,例如某特种钢生产公司生产的特殊质量等级的热模钢X40CrMoV51,其公司牌号“Thyrotherm 2344 EFSSupra”。在金相组织和材料性能方面都具有高的各向同性的热模钢也可采用热等静压(HIP)的粉末冶金方法生产出来。本文工作的基本目的在于,研究生产的热模钢“Thyrother 2344 EES Supra”的
1. INTRODUCTION In recent years in the field of hot-mold steel, almost all steelmakers are stepping up their efforts to produce materials with further isotropic organizations.
