弹簧是重要的机械零件之一,它一般都在动负荷下工作,因此就要求弹簧钢必须具有高的抗拉强度、高的弹性极限、高的疲劳强度、适当的冲击韧性和塑性以及一定的淬透性和低的脱碳敏感性。在设计时,还须考虑弹簧钢在不同状态下的正弹性模数E和剪切弹性模数G。为了满足弹簧在制造和设计中的要求,我们对几种常用的国产弹簧钢进行了一些基本性能数据的测定,结果如下。
