大同煤矿集团力泰有限公司在煤矿液压支架大修过程中发现,各类立柱及千斤顶由于缸体内表面的腐蚀、划伤或变形等原因而报废的数量很多,约占缸体总数的15%以上。缸体通常采用优质合金(27SiMn)无缝钢管制成,成本较高,如废弃则损失很严重。针对这类情况,该公司决定采用扩镗珩工艺,加大缸体内径,加大密封尺寸的方案,对报废缸体进行修复。经过对缸体的刚度、强度及可靠性计算分析,扩镗珩修复后的缸体的各项指标仍可满足技术要求。1 工艺分析各类立柱及千斤顶的液压缸体属于深盲孔类零
