“思想战”是日本对华“总体战”的重要组成部分。本文就日本对青岛实施“思想战”的形成、内容及特点进行了剖析。青岛是一座深受日本影响的城市 ,早在日本对青岛第一次殖民统治时期 ,“思想战”已具雏形 ,及至日本第二次占领青岛 ,适应全面侵华的需要 ,“思想战”正式形成。“思想战”包括宣传侵略理论、控制舆论工具、传播腐糜文化、推行奴化教育四大方面的内容 ,具有长期性、全面性、欺骗性和腐蚀性四大特点
