亚硝酸钠至今仍是最常用的无机缓蚀剂,广泛用于冷却液、切削液、清洗剂等水溶液中,能有效地防止碳钢的锈蚀。但对于亚硝酸钠的作用机制却并不很清楚。本工作采用红外光谱、金相、X射线微区和深度成份分析、俄歇能谱仪等多种物理—化学分析手段,研究了在亚硝酸钠水溶液中20号钢表面所形成的保护膜。亚硝酸钠的浓度为0.05~10g/l,有时还加入少量的NaCl
Sodium nitrite is still the most commonly used inorganic corrosion inhibitor, widely used in coolant, cutting fluid, cleaning agents and other aqueous solution, can effectively prevent the corrosion of carbon steel. However, the mechanism of action of sodium nitrite is not clear. In this work, the protective film formed on the surface of No. 20 steel in aqueous solution of sodium nitrite was studied by means of various physico-chemical methods such as infrared spectroscopy, metallography, X-ray micro-region and depth component analysis, Auger spectrometer and so on. Sodium nitrite concentration of 0.05 ~ 10g / l, and sometimes also add a small amount of NaCl
