采用现场实测的方法对亭南煤矿二盘区205大采高工作面支架进行了研究。分析得出工作面初次来压步距60 m,平均周期来压步距19.7 m,来压期间平均动载系数1.34,来压次序为工作面中部最先,机头次之,机尾最后。来压期间98.8%的支架在额定工作阻力范围内,约一半测试支架存在一定的偏载。最后通过对支架工作阻力进一步分析得出,选用ZY12000/29/65D型掩护式液压支架能满足来压期间的生产要求。
Field test method was used to study 205 large mining face support in the second section of Tingnan Coal Mine. The analysis shows that the working face pressure step for the first time to 60 m, the average cycle to pressure step 19.7 m, the pressure during the average dynamic load factor of 1.34, the order of pressure to the face of the middle of the first, the nose, tail last. 98.8% of stents to pressure within the rated operating resistance, about half of the test stent there is some partial load. Finally, through the further analysis of the work resistance of the support, it is concluded that the ZY12000 / 29 / 65D type of shield hydraulic support can meet the production requirements during the pressing.
