一、工程概况 淮安枢纽立交地涵工程基础底部设钢筋混凝土防渗墙,防渗墙成两对称的π字形布置在地涵两侧,以截断京杭运河与立交地涵地下的水力联系,防止地涵基础产生渗流破坏。除防渗墙外,在立交地涵四角岸墙与运河翼墙接缝处各设一道支护墙,以减小翼墙下基础土对岸墙的侧向挤压力和减少岸墙基础土方开挖与回填量,从而降低成本,缩短工期。
