According to historical records, on January 1, 1931, the magazine “Motherland”, sponsored by the Mongolian Student Union for Japan, was officially released. However, due to the lack of historical data, many historical facts about the “motherland” have not yet been fully disclosed. In the diplomatic paper of Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, there is a “Chinese motherland (second episode)” text and the related archives titled “Issues Concerning Issuers of Mongolian Student Union in Japan” and other related documents. Moreover, the establishment of the Mongolian Student Union in Japan can be glimpsed from these files. This article will use the above-mentioned archives to introduce the “motherland” (the second episode) and its contents hidden in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s historical museum. Based on this, it is proposed to establish the relationship between the Jingguoyuan and the Mongolian Student Council in Japan, Research provides some historical clues.
