乌克兰金属科学研究所本文研究了含不同稀土的热轧低碳钢СтЗсп的抗冷脆性,并研究了固溶体中含氧量同脆性临界温度 T_k 的关系。钢在200公斤碱性炉衬的感应炉中冶炼,分铸成50公斤重的钢锭。在加稀土之前,钢液用45%的硅铁,铝和硅钙合金脱氧。硅-稀土合金(硅-镧和硅-混合稀土)加在炉里。稀土金属的计算加入量为0;0.05;0.1和0.2%,钢锭轧制成厚度为12mm 的钢带(见表)。
Ukrainian Institute of Metal Research In this paper, the cold embrittlement resistance of СтЗсп hot-rolled mild steel containing different rare earths was investigated. The relationship between the oxygen content in solid solution and the critical temperature of brittleness T_k was also studied. The steel was smelted in an induction furnace of 200 kg of basic lining and cast into a steel ingot weighing 50 kg. Before adding rare earth, the molten steel is deoxidized with 45% ferrosilicon, aluminum and calcium silicon alloy. Silicon - rare earth alloys (silicon - lanthanum and silicon - mixed rare earth) added to the furnace. The calculated addition of rare earth metals is 0; 0.05; 0.1 and 0.2%, the steel ingot rolling into a strip thickness of 12mm (see table).
