The albite is widely distributed in the gold-bearing veins of the Liulinghu gold belt in western Hunan Province. It has been identified by means of microscopy, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) Analytical methods have systematically studied albite in the gold deposits in this area. The results showed that the pink and flesh red albite showed lath, granular and cleavage under pink and red flesh. The double crystal was dominated by polycrystalline twin, Yellow and albite range from 97.32% to 99.74%, 0.12% to 2.5% and 0.13% to 0.47%, respectively. The average degree of order of albite in this area is greater than 0.905, and the formation temperature All of them are between 226 and 395 ℃. The content of rare earths in albite is generally low, and is enriched in LREE to varying degrees, with no obvious Eu and Ce anomalies. The albite mineralogy and geochemical characteristics all reflect that the gold-bearing albite-quartz vein is formed by hydrothermal interaction.
