随着能源需求量的逐步增大和社会生产力的不断发展,当前煤炭企业正处于发展与改革的全新时期。作为促进企业健康运转、实现企业战略目标的重点工作,资金管控在煤炭企业日常运营和管理过程中占据着极高的地位。文章针对当前煤炭企业资金管控工作所存在的一系列问题展开论述,继而分析了新形势下煤炭企业资金管控工作的完善路径,希望以此实现煤炭企业资金管控工作的规范化、精细化发展,促进煤炭企业在新形势下取得更为长远的进步。
With the gradual increase of energy demand and the continuous development of social productive forces, the current coal enterprises are in a new period of development and reform.
