目的了解服务小姐对艾滋病的有关知识、态度和行为,探索在该人群中开展预防艾滋病宣传教育的措施和方法。方法采用现场访谈和咨询、集中授课、门诊外开展服务、发放回访卡、免费发放艾滋病性病及妇女保健知识手册、安全套和同伴教育等方法进行干预,运用行为监测、血清学监测及定性访谈方法评价干预效果。结果基线调查109名,干预后调查120名,干预后艾滋病传播途径方面的知识提高较明显,相关行为改变不明显。结论娱乐场所干预的突破点是该场所的老板、公关经理及服务员。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of MS on HIV / AIDS and explore ways and means of publicizing and preventing HIV / AIDS among this population. Methods Interviews were conducted using on-site interviews and counseling, intensive lectures, out-patient services, visit card issuance, free HIV / AIDS clinics and women’s health knowledge manuals, condoms and peer education, and behavioral, serological surveillance and qualitative interview methods Intervention effect. Results A total of 109 baseline surveys and 120 post-intervention surveys were conducted. The knowledge on AIDS transmission after intervention was significantly improved and the relevant behaviors were not significantly changed. Conclusion Breakthrough points for entertainment interventions are the place’s owners, PR managers and attendants.
