新课程标准的制定和课改的实施,给教师提出了更高的要求,而教师角色的转变是实施课改的关键。语文教师要切实转变教学观念,扮演好各种角色:一是做好“导”的角色和“指路人”的角色;二是做好打开学生阅读视野的大门钥匙的角色;三要做好艺术感染的天使。
The formulation of new curriculum standards and the implementation of curriculum reform put forward higher requirements for teachers. The transformation of teachers’ roles is the key to the implementation of curriculum reform. Language teachers must effectively change their teaching concepts and play a good role: First, they should be good at “guiding” and “passer-by” roles; second, they should be good at opening the door key to student reading; Angels to be good at art infections.
