作为低碳生活伦理基础的节俭与责任在公民的道德生活中遭遇到了难以逾越的挑战与困境。节俭伦理遭遇消费主义文化的挑战与冲击,责任伦理困于市场经济条件下的个人主义盛行。我们认为,要使低碳生活成为人们现实的选择和实实在在的生活方式,除了坚持可持续的科学发展观,逐步提高人们的物质生活水平,还需要重建消费伦理规范、引领大众审美情感,发挥官员道德示范、培育国民公共精神,创设责任实践机制、完善责任实现条件等方面进行努力,通过伦理和社会力量的引导,鼓励更多的人们追求高尚的精神文化生活。
Thrifty and responsibility as the basis of low-carbon life ethics have encountered insurmountable challenges and difficulties in the moral life of citizens.
