合成了二烷基磷酸锌(ZDP),采用四球摩擦试验机对其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,同时研究了ZDP与有机胺进行复配后的摩擦磨损性能.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了磨损表面的微观形貌,采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了摩擦表面典型元素的化学状态.结果表明:ZDP作为润滑油添加剂与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)相比,表现出低摩擦高磨损的性能;ZDP与有机胺复配之后表现出优异的摩擦磨损性能,其原因是由于复配之后在摩擦表面形成了复杂的含有N、P等元素的摩擦化学反应膜,同时提高了摩擦表面P元素的含量进而起到了降低摩擦磨损的作用.
ZDP was synthesized and its friction and wear properties as a lubricating oil additive were investigated by a four-ball tribometer. The friction and wear properties of ZDP and organic amine were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze the microstructure of the wear surface, and the chemical state of the typical elements on the friction surface was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) .The results showed that: ZDP as a lubricating oil additive with zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate ZDDP) compared with ZDP showed low friction and high wear performance; ZDP complexed with organic amine showed excellent friction and wear properties, the reason is due to the complex surface after the friction surface is formed containing N, P and other elements Friction chemical reaction membrane, while improving the friction surface of the P element content and thus play a role in reducing friction and wear.
