课改十年,我们也越来越清晰地认识到,我们的教学观念、教学行为、学生学习方式、师生关系等方面都发生了巨大的变化,课堂变得鲜活、生动起来。小组合作的效果越来越受到科任教师的认可,尤其是在初中数学教学中。文章从两个角度——小组合作的时机与小组合作的内容特征入手研究,通过分析与优化,力求寻找一种小组合作的最佳方式与方法,更好的提升数学课堂的有效性。
During the ten years of curriculum reform, we also realized more and more clearly that great changes have taken place in our teaching concepts, teaching behaviors, student learning styles, teacher-student relationship, etc., and the classroom has become fresh and vivid. The effect of group cooperation is more and more recognized by the teachers in the department, especially in junior high school mathematics teaching. The article starts from two aspects: the timing of team cooperation and the content and characteristics of group cooperation. By analyzing and optimizing, the article tries to find a best way and method of group cooperation and enhances the effectiveness of mathematics classroom.
