分析了当前电信综合网管的演进情况 ,结合TMFTOM模型和ITIL方法论 ,参考了中国电信本地网流程重组项目的要点 ,依据面向客户的经营策略 ,提出了TINMS综合网管演进方案。
Based on TMFTOM model and ITIL methodology, this paper analyzes the key points of China Telecom’s local network process reengineering project and proposes a TINMS integrated network management evolution plan based on customer-facing business strategy.
