防水工程是工程建设中的一个非常重要的组成部分。据近年统计,我国现存建筑物中,有近90%的房屋有不同程度渗漏水现象,其中主要原因有地质勘探不准;水文资料掌握不全面或设计考虑不周,设计不合理;细部构造处理不当;防水材料选用不当;施工质量差;使用和管理不善。所以说,做好工程建设中的防水工作,已成为现代建设中刻不容缓的事情。现主要以地下工程防潮与防水弊端及预防措施作以简要介绍。
