中国年来临了,对于咱们中国人来说,节日里什么事都可以马虎,在吃的问题上可马虎不得,年夜饭更是如此。每到腊月二十八九的日子,家家户户都开始忙乎起来……于是小家庭都回到父母家聚成大家庭,绞肉馅、调内馅、擀面皮,分工合作包饺子;炸丸子、炸地瓜、炸套环、炸熏鱼,热热闹闹“走油”;煮红豆、拌三鲜,热气腾腾蒸馒头包子。在笔者老家,酱牛肉,红烧鲢鱼、红烧黄鳝、青菜豆腐炖粉丝、油炸肉圆子是每年都会出现在餐桌上的家常菜,最后来碗老母鸡汤。
