商务部于2012年12月13日收到宜宾长毅浆粕有限责任公司、延边石岘白麓纸业股份有限公司、福建省青山纸业股份有限公司、福建省南纸股份有限公司、河北华林纺织原料有限公司、玉门华宇棉业有限公司和贵州赤天化纸业股份有限公司(以下简称申请人)代表国内浆粕产业正式提交的反倾销调查申请,申请人请求对原产于美国、加拿大和巴西的进口浆粕进行反倾销调查。
Ministry of Commerce received Yibin Changyi Pulp Co., Ltd., Yanbian Shixian Bai Lu Paper Co., Ltd., Fujian Province Qingshan Paper Co., Ltd., Fujian Province Southern Paper Co., Ltd., Hebei Hualin Textile Co., Ltd. on December 13, 2012 Raw materials Co., Ltd., Yumen Arima Cotton Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Chitianhua Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) on behalf of the domestic pulp industry formally submitted anti-dumping investigations, the applicant requested originating in the United States, Canada and Brazil’s imports of pulp for anti-dumping investigations.
