小檗碱是一种常见的异喹啉生物碱,其作为中草药常用于治疗炎症,用于治疗细菌相关性腹泻、肠道寄生虫感染和眼部沙眼感染等已有几十年历史。除抗炎作用外,小檗碱还有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和神经保护作用,但这些作用与其抗炎特性有着密切联系。本文综合国内外对小檗碱应用于肠道疾病中的研究,综述小檗碱的抗炎机制。
Berberine is a common isoquinoline alkaloid that has been used as a Chinese herbal medicine for decades to treat inflammation, treat bacterial-associated diarrhea, intestinal parasitic infections and ocular trachoma infections. Apart from anti-inflammatory effects, berberine also has antioxidant, antitumor and neuroprotective effects, but these effects are closely linked to its anti-inflammatory properties. In this paper, the domestic and international application of berberine in intestinal diseases research, review berberine anti-inflammatory mechanism.
